The Elevae Approach

Treat the system, not just the symptom.

At Elevae, we treat the full architecture of mental health — biology, cognition, lifestyle, relationships, and meaning — so results are not temporary, they are structural.

Your symptoms are signals. We decode the system behind them.

1. Mind

Thorough psychiatric evaluation — diagnosis, history, cognitive and emotional patterns.

A structured psychiatric evaluation assessing diagnosis, clinical history, trauma exposure, and cognitive frameworks. Accurate diagnosis is foundational. Equally important is identifying what has been mislabeled or over-pathologized.

2. Biology

Labs, hormones, nutrient status, and pharmacogenomic testing to guide precise, evidence-based prescribing.

Comprehensive lab evaluation including hormones, thyroid, B12, vitamin D, iron, and inflammatory markers. When indicated, pharmacogenomic testing to assess medication metabolism. We identify biological drivers first — rather than defaulting to symptom-based assumptions.

3. Lifestyle

Sleep, nutrition, movement, alcohol, and screens — the underused interventions that change outcomes.

Sleep, nutrition, movement, alcohol use, and screen exposure are treated as primary clinical variables. Sleep architecture, metabolic stability, and physical load are addressed with the same rigor as medication management.

4. Relationships

The systems around you — work, family, community — and which parts you can actually change.

Environmental and relational factors are assessed as active contributors to nervous system dysregulation. Where possible, we identify and modify high-impact stressors that undermine clinical progress.

5. Meaning

Sometimes symptoms are signals that life is out of alignment with values. That work happens here too.

At a certain threshold, symptoms reflect misalignment rather than dysfunction. Coaching and depth-oriented therapy are used to clarify values, direction, and long-term structure.

This is not five separate domains. It is one integrated system — treated accordingly.
