The Elevae Approach
Treat the system, not just the symptom.
At Elevae, we treat the full architecture of mental health, biology, cognition, lifestyle, relationships, and meaning, so results are not temporary. They are structural.
The methods we use to work across these domains
1. Mind
Thorough psychiatric evaluation. Diagnosis, history, cognitive and emotional patterns.
A structured psychiatric evaluation assessing diagnosis, clinical history, trauma exposure, and cognitive frameworks. Accurate diagnosis is foundational. Equally important is identifying what has been mislabeled or over pathologized.
2. Biology
Labs, hormones, nutrient status, and pharmacogenomic testing to guide precise, evidence based prescribing.
Comprehensive lab evaluation including hormones, thyroid, B12, vitamin D, iron, and inflammatory markers. When indicated, pharmacogenomic testing to assess medication metabolism. We identify biological drivers first, rather than defaulting to symptom based assumptions.
3. Lifestyle
Sleep, nutrition, movement, alcohol, and screens. The underused interventions that change outcomes.
Sleep, nutrition, movement, alcohol use, and screen exposure are treated as primary clinical variables. Sleep architecture, metabolic stability, and physical load are addressed with the same rigor as medication management.
4. Relationships
The systems around you. Work, family, community. And which parts you can actually change.
Environmental and relational factors are assessed as active contributors to nervous system dysregulation. Where possible, we identify and modify high impact stressors that undermine clinical progress.
5. Meaning
Sometimes symptoms are signals that life is out of alignment with values. That work happens here too.
At a certain threshold, symptoms reflect misalignment rather than dysfunction. Coaching and depth oriented therapy are used to clarify values, direction, and long term structure.
This is not five separate domains. It is one integrated system, treated accordingly.
What this looks like in practice
Care begins with a 60 to 90 minute integrative intake. From there, treatment is structured around what is actually driving symptoms, and psychotherapy is treated as a core part of the work, not a referral out.
Psychiatric and medical
- 60 to 90 minute integrative intake
- Targeted labs and pharmacogenomic testing when indicated
- A written treatment plan after intake
- 45 to 60 minute follow up visits
- Secure messaging between visits
Therapy
Sessions are clinical, structured, and matched to the work that needs to happen. The practice draws primarily on cognitive behavioral, schema, insight oriented, ACT, and exposure based approaches, with the right modality chosen for the presentation rather than applied by default. Specific approaches used for each focus area are detailed on the focus area pages.
Optional programs
- The 18 Day Reset for rapid stabilization
- The Collective for ongoing structure between visits
