Service

Medication management, done thoughtfully.

Psychopharmacology is both a science and an art. Whether you're starting medication or already taking it, we take a thoughtful, collaborative approach.

How we prescribe

Together, we review the most effective treatment options, including potential risks and benefits, based on current evidence and your individual needs. We may incorporate pharmacogenomic testing to better understand how your body may metabolize or respond to common medications for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related concerns.

Deprescribing, when appropriate

At every step, we explore lifestyle, environmental, and psychological factors that may allow for reducing the number or dosage of medications over time — always with your well-being as the priority. Coming off medication is done slowly, carefully, and collaboratively.

What to expect

  • Review of current medications and prior responses
  • Discussion of evidence-based options and side-effect profiles
  • Labs and pharmacogenomics where useful
  • Shared decision-making — you are part of the team
  • Regular follow-up and dose adjustments
