Dr. Tami McManus, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Specializing in integrative psychiatric care and therapy for anxiety, OCD, trauma, PMDD, insomnia, and women's mental health, with full hormonal, metabolic, and pharmacogenomic evaluation as part of every treatment plan. Founder of Elevae and provider of telehealth psychiatry across New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and California, with in person visits in Manhattan and Greenwich, CT.

Clinical approach

Psychiatry should not begin with medication. It should begin with a precise understanding of the individual.

I start with a detailed history, then build a plan that accounts for biology, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, and the direction a patient is trying to move their life toward.

Medication is used when appropriate, but always within a broader, structured framework.
