Psychotherapy that addresses more than symptoms.
Depth-oriented and evidence-based therapy for identity, relationships, and direction.
Our approach to therapy
This is not purely symptom-focused care.
Our work integrates depth-oriented psychotherapy with structured, evidence-based approaches — applied based on clinical need. This may include psychodynamic therapy, cognitive frameworks, trauma-informed care, CBT, schema work, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) when indicated.
The goal is twofold:
- Reduce symptoms where present
- Understand and resolve the patterns that sustain them
Most challenges in identity, relationships, and life direction are not resolved at the level of symptoms alone. Therapy provides a structured setting to examine patterns, clarify internal conflicts, and make deliberate, sustained changes.
What we work on
- Identity and self-concept
- Relationship patterns and attachment dynamics
- Career decisions and professional identity
- Life transitions (divorce, parenthood, loss, reinvention)
- Anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD (including ERP-based treatment when indicated)
- Meaning, values, and long-term direction
Who this is for
Individuals who want therapy that extends beyond symptom management — those seeking clarity, pattern change, and durable psychological improvement.
Who this isn't for
- Acute psychiatric instability requiring inpatient or higher levels of care
- Individuals seeking medication-only management without therapy
- Highly specialized treatment requiring a different level of care or setting
Looking for a more structured, time-bound approach?
Some individuals benefit from a defined intervention rather than ongoing therapy. The 18-Day Reset is designed for rapid, system-wide change.
